Heavy-Duty American Steel Construction

Crafted from 10-gauge steel, the Yoder 24×36 Flat Top offers exceptional heat retention and durability. The solid welded body is coated with a high-temperature, weather-resistant paint that withstands years of heavy use.

Unlike thin-walled imports, this grill holds heat consistently and resists warping even during high-temperature searing. The sturdy construction also means it performs reliably year-round, from freezing Canadian winters to hot southern summers.

The flat top design with its oversized lid allows maximum cooking flexibility, letting you handle everything from burgers to briskets with ease.

Adjustable Charcoal Bed and Precision Airflow

One of the standout features of the Yoder 24×36 is its adjustable charcoal basket system. You can raise or lower the charcoal grate to control cooking intensity, making it easy to move from direct-heat grilling to slow, indirect smoking.

Dual air dampers and smoke vents give you precise control over temperature and oxygen flow. This lets you fine-tune your fire for any cooking style, whether you’re searing steaks or smoking ribs low and slow.

Generous Cooking Surface

The spacious 24″×36″ cooking area (864 square inches) offers enough room to cook for large gatherings without crowding your workspace. You can grill over half the surface while using the rest for indirect cooking — perfect for entertaining.

An optional second-tier cooking grate expands the surface even further, giving you additional room for vegetables, seafood, or bread while your main dishes cook below.

Real Charcoal Flavor Every Time

With the Yoder 24×36 Flat Top, every meal captures the unmistakable flavor of real charcoal cooking. The heavy steel body radiates steady heat, while the vented airflow system ensures clean combustion for consistent smoke.

For deeper, wood-smoked flavor, many owners use premium seasoned firewood and smoking chunks available from Seasoned Firewood for Homes. Hickory, oak, or cherry wood infuses your food with rich aromas that elevate backyard cooking to gourmet levels.

Functional Design for Serious Grillers
